How to Use "AT ALL" in English

I completed my project at all 🙅🏼‍♀️ No. We can only use AT ALL in negative sentences. For example: 

I did NOT work on my project AT ALL. 

I don’t want to talk to her at all. 

I won’t see him at all. 

In positive sentences, we can use totally, completely, or the whole (thing): 

I totally completely my project. 

I completely finished my project. 

I completed the whole project.
